CABOT, AR — Taekwondo instructor William Cossey was given no bond after an appearance in Lonoke County Circuit Court on Monday.
Cossey, the owner and instructor at the Emerald Dragon Studio in Cabot, was arrested in May on charges of sexually assaulting one of his male students.
In September of 2012, he was arrested on two counts of sexual assault on another underage age male student at Emerald Dragon.
