LITTLE ROCK, AR – With temperatures in the teens across much of the state, power outages are keeping thousands of Arkansans cold and in the dark.
Entergy Arkansas reported more than 26,500 outages as of 6 this morning.
Most of those outages are on the state’s eastern border with the largest numbers of outages in Phillips and Crittenden counties.
