LITTLE ROCK, AR (News release) – With every ticket sold by the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL), all Arkansans are winners; the player who dreams of winning that big prize, the hard-working Arkansas retailers selling Lottery tickets across the state, and college students for whom Lottery-funded scholarships are a ticket to higher education, better jobs, and higher wages in Arkansas’s 21st Century information economy.
