LAWRENCE COUNTY, AR – Two Black Rock residents have been arrested for drug possession.
On June 26,the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Clarence Bowker, 47, and Anna Doyle, 42 both of Black Rock for possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug items.
The arrest comes from deputies receiving information of illegal drug activity at a home at Black Rock.
Deputies were familiar with both suspects from past drug arrests.
Deputies went to the home and spoke with both of the suspects about the information they had received.
A search was conducted of the home and deputies found meth inside and several drug items.
Both Bowker and Doyle were placed under arrest and taken to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing.
At the jail both Bowker and Doyle were given a drug test and failed for meth.
