FAYETTEVILLE, AR (KNWA) – An investigation is under way at the University of Arkansas (UA) after a weekend rape report alleges an attack at a campus fraternity house.
It’s the second time in 7 months that the Sigma Nu house has been the focus of a rape investigation.

According to the University of Arkansas Police Department (UAPD), the most recent alleged assault was reported on Sunday (March 9), just before 2 a.m.
Police tell us they are still working with the alleged victim to determine exactly what happened.
The other rape report was filed back in August and also alleged an attack took place at the fraternity house on a Sunday morning between 2 and 7 a.m.
