EL DORADO, AR (KTVE) – A man is being held in the Union County Jail on a weapons charge.
Michael Hicks, 19, is accused of possessing a stolen firearm.
Hicks was arrested Wednesday when sheriff’s deputies say they noticed him carrying the firearm.
Deputies checked the gun’s serial number and learned it was stolen.
Hicks was taken to jail and charged with possession of a concealed firearm and theft by receiving.
His bond is set at $1,280 and his court date is set for Nov. 10.
