LONOKE, AR – A county circuit court judge has accepted a plea deal from a Ward man charged with manslaughter in a November 2012 shooting death.
After the deal was accepted this morning for Christopher Reynolds, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

LONOKE COUNTY, AR — A Ward man accused of shooting and killing one of his employees in his home is set to accept a plea deal Wednesday morning.
Special prosecutor Jack McQuary says Christopher Reynolds, who was charged with manslaughter, will now face a maximum sentence of 10 years after accepting the deal.
Reynolds was conducting a meeting at his home last November when Ernest Hoskins, Jr. was shot and killed.
Reynolds told police he tried to uncock the hammer while pointing the gun at Hoskins, when it went off and struck him in the face.
He was originally charged with murder, but that charge was lessened to manslaughter.
