BENTON, AR — Former Hogs running back Cedric Cobbs has bonded out of jail one day after being arrested for fraudulently trying to obtain prescription pills.
Officials at Benton District Court say Cobbs was given a $10,000 bond, and has since been released.
Cobbs and 59-year-old Gary Hunt were arrested Tuesday after an employee at a Bryant pharmacy alerted officials that two men were trying to pass a forged prescription for 180 Roxicodone pills.
The former Razorback was also charged with fleeing and driving on a suspended license, stemming from not paying child support.
