LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Arkansas State Police say that Tuesday morning’s fatal accident on I-630 was caused when a wheel fell off of a van going west and went into the eastbound lanes.
The victim has been identified as Peter Gee, 52 of Little Rock. Gee was driving eastbound in a Hyundai when the wheel bounced over the center wall and hit his windshield. Gee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Ford Van that lost its wheel was 56-year-old Katherine Williams of Scott. She was not injured in the crash.
