Update (May 26th):
CONWAY COUNTY, AR – The Conway County Sheriff’s Office has deactivated a Silver Alert for two brothers after one was located and admitted to causing his brother’s death.
According to the sheriff’s office, Robert Fyer was located in North Little Rock and questioned by Conway County and Arkansas State Police investigators.
During the interview, Robert admitted to causing the death of his brother, Jack Fryer Jr.
While Robert was being interviewed, Conway County officials searched the property of Jack. Deputies found possible bone fragments in a burn barrel.
The remains were sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for identification.
