Update (July 30):
HELENA-WEST HELENA, AR – A man found shot to death on a city street earlier this week has now been identified.
The Helena-West Helena Police Department says the body of Fredrick Willis, 23, of Helena-West Helena, was found late Tuesday evening.
Police say detectives have interviewed several people who might have been with the victim before the shooting but so far no arrest has been made.

HELENA-WEST HELENA, AR – A homicide investigation is underway after a man is found shot to death in the middle of a street.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The victim was found by a person driving in the area of College and Adams streets.
Police say the man had been shot several times and suspect his body had been dumped there after the crime happened somewhere else.
Investigators believe the body had been in the area for several hours before being found.
Police are working to identify the victim, and to determine what led to the shooting.
