Update (July 31):
PULASKI COUNTY, AR – The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) says no arrests have been made after a Thursday night shooting outside a gas station.
Deputies were called to the Phillips 66 at 18820 MacArthur Drive shortly before 8 p.m. The address is just off Interstate 40 in the Morgan area.
While deputies were driving to the scene, dispatchers told them the suspects were leaving the area.
When deputies arrived, they met four men who told them they had been in a fight with men on motorcycles and that one or more of the motorcyclists had fired shots from a handgun.
A 2007 GMC pickup belonging to one of the men was struck by gun fire but no one was injured.
The PCSO says all the men involved were interviewed and due to differing accounts about what happened, the case file will be completed and sent to the prosecutor’s office to decide on any charges.

That’s where a fight began that continued onto the Phillips 66 parking lot where guns were drawn and shots fired. Bullets hit the pickup truck the group was traveling in but no one was hit.
The PCSO, along with the Maumelle Police Department are investigating the incident. It is too early to determine if anyone involved is in a biker gang. Several people were questioned at the scene and authorities say they interviewed at least a dozen witnesses.
