LITTLE ROCK, AR – Around 11:50 a.m., Little Rock police officers responded to a robbery at Simmons Bank at 7401 Cantrell.
When officers arrived, bank employees said a subject described as a black female wearing a black hoodie and a black ball cap entered the bank and approached a teller handing her a note.
The teller complied and the suspect fled on foot heading south. A suspect vehicle was developed and police stopped the vehicle and arrested Precious Canady, 28.
Mikala Vanderbilt, 19, developed as another suspect in the robbery after the interview and witness statements.
Both Canady and Vanderbilt face aggravated robbery and theft of property charges.
