LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that escaped inmate Anael Castro-Hernandez is back in police custody after he was captured in Kansas City, Missouri by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
Hernandez, an accused rapist escaped from police custody on August 25 while being transported to receive a mental health evaluation.

Anael Castro-Hernandez, 30, has not been seen since he was spotted in woods near Interstate Park on the city’s south side Monday morning.
There is a reward up to $1,000 from Central Arkansas CrimeStoppers for information leading to his capture.
