Update: Tornado Watch expired for Eastern Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A Tornado Watch has been expired for Eastern Arkansas.


It had been issued Thursday morning when the last of a storm system was pushing out of the state.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Parts of Eastern Arkansas are under a Tornado Watch until noon Thursday.

The counties included in the watch area are: Chicot, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Lee, Mississippi, Phillips, Poinsett and St. Francis.

A line of storms that moved into Arkansas on Wednesday is making its way out of the state.

Flash Flood warnings were also in place Thursday morning in Craighead, Poinsett and Cross counties.
