LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Arkansas Supreme Court has heard oral arguments on the state’s marriage amendment.
The matter was before the state’s highest court on Thursday morning after Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Chris Piazza ruled back in May that the state’s ban on same-sex marriage was unconstitutional and opponents appealed.
