LITTLE ROCK, AR – Another round of severe weather is possible across the state of Arkansas again today.
The National Weather Service (NWS) says large hail will be the primary threat from any severe thunderstorms that develop later today, though damaging winds and an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
Showers and thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon into the overnight hours.
There is the potential for heavy rainfall with any of the storms, making localized flooding possible.
On Tuesday, hail was reported in several counties ranging in size from pennies to baseballs. Tornadoes were also reported in Lincoln, Arkansas and Desha counties but have not yet been confirmed by the NWS.
