LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A shot of Arctic air is plunging into Arkansas behind a cold front with some of the coldest temperatures for the Winter season so far. Drier air is also moving with clearing skies .

Low temperatures expected to drop into the low 20s by tomorrow morning with 10s North. The forecast low of 22 for Little Rock would be the coldest reading since Mid-January.

The cold air doesn’t stick around for long with milder temperatures for the weekend. Highs rebound into the 50s Saturday afternoon and near 70 by Monday.
